Are you on any meds? Pain pills, tranquilizers, sleeping pills? All these taken long term can seriously affect memory.

So can stress. If none of this seems to be the issue, then see a doctor. It could have a medical reason, such as a hormone or chemical imbalance.

I think you should consider getting a metabolic blood test to make sure you are not vitamin deficiant in any area. One vitamin you should just take no matter what is magnesium. I hear it is excellent in improving one's memory. Also, B vitamins are really important in combating stress which may be the cause of the memory loss.
I hope you find some answers.

there are several ways..
1. wake up at 6 A.M and sit in a park or greeny area... then close your eyes... and see the darkness... dont sleep... or see the orange spot... for 10 minutes. repeat it for a month it will help to keep ur mind on track.
2. sit back with your husband and discus your days since your child hood.

3. go for a vacation for a week.

either stop smoking pot, or start writing things down, keep a daily journal, i bet u anything if u start writing things down and reading them every day u'll get better, if that doesnt work see a doctor, it may be a treatable disease.
