I'm over 21 so it's not illegal. When I was in his class he flirted a lot. He asked me out now and I was a little stunned. All I remember doing was nodding. Now I'm wondering if I should have just told him politely no. He's a lot older than me. Is this unethical?

IT REALLY DEPEND ON THE TWO INVOLVED, HE MAY
HAVE ISSUES BEHIND ALL THIS, SO IF YOU DONT WANT
TO GO OUT WITH HIM THEN TELL HIM NO, AND BE THROUGH
WITH IT, IT NOT UNETHICAL, BUT IT COULD BE SOMETHING
THAT MAY BE A PROBLEM DOWN THE ROAD, ALSO THE
AGE FACTOR IS ANOTHER ISSUE.

No - he has had power over you, so this is not a good idea. Also, the age thing is not ideal. You should have reported him when you were his student! You can't need a guy so much that you would fall for this.....

do not tell him. turn interior the paper as quickly as a threat. do not see him lower back till you have became interior the paper. If he asks for a date, make it for an afternoon after the paper could have been submitted. do not tell absolutely everyone with regard to the relationship till you have won your grade for the paper. do not tell absolutely everyone whilst the relationship began.

Go out with him. I could see if you were currently taking his class, that could complicate things a bit.
You're both adults go ahead
