My son has an abdominal sarcoma that is considered a childhood cancer. It is rare and predominately strikes teens and young adults. Osteosarcoma (also a childhood cancer) involves cancer of the bone, while my son's cancer is a soft tissue sarcoma.

I know many young married couples (with this diesease) who are either going through the cancer process or who have already lost their spouse. It's very difficult for them because often they have children who are still very young. My heart goes out to each one of them.

God my heart goes out to you...I really don't know anything about this cancer but maybe you should (GOOGLE) this and check out some web sights...

Contact the hospital and maybe you could talk or other groups/ patient familys...this usually helps with those unanswered questions...

You could also start a myspace account and start a group chat room about cancer patients and families...
most of the people on myspace are young people so maybe you could find answers their...

May God Bless You...

No bone cancer in our family but there's breast and colon cancer on my mother's side and she has had a breast removed and 3 bouts of cancer in her colon. This last spring she at 84 had another surgery to remove the growth and has survived, and is recovering fast.
