Ooh try an iced coffee drink....very nice on those hot days! First, start with a brewed pot of coffee, once the coffee has been brewed, chill it in the refrigerator. It works best if you brew the coffee the night before so that you will have your frappuccino the next morning! Now that you have your chilled coffee, add three tablespoons of granulated sugar, one cup of milk (low-fat or skim milk works fine), blend the ingredients together on high speed until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. Pour the frappuccinos into two 16-ounce glasses and ENJOY! If you want a little extra flavor, add some caramel or chocolate syrup!! Very yummy!

Mostly shakes. Try having fruit shakes. it's good for you and help promote good skin. Mango, banana, watermelon, guyabano, and melon shakes are the best!
