to help with sacro-iliac pain, the transabdominal (TA) muscles in the front and multifidus in the back are targeted; strengthening your core should help alleviate pain, although arthritis is degenerative.
Contact your local rehabilitation hospital or a physical therapist; they can easily help you out as much as anyone. Alternative medicine has been rumoured to help but you must mentally believe for it to physically affect you...

I get sacroiliac pain, and it is relieved by doing stretches. For instance, sit with legs in front, reach for your toes. Then spread your legs and reach for each foot's toes. Also, while standing, rest one heel on a chair and bend forward. Things like those to loosen up the lower back muscles and the behind-the-knee muscles.

Do you suggest a subject / object relationship in the 2 given choices? What if, just simply, there is awareness (energy) of the weaving (energy) in conscious awareness (energy) of the loomweaver (energy), without the object of either weaving or loom or weaver? Where does that leave us? Where do we find ourselves? Not This...Not This...Not this... Ultimately....Not This. What is it that was created? Certainly Not This! It already IS - weaver AND loom. (Now, how the hell can I explain This thoroughly?) ;)

Has your doctor suggested cortisone injections to relieve the inflamation? Cortisone injections are used to treat bursitis which is what Weaver's Bottom is.

I have suffered from sciatica and chronic lower back pain, and yoga really helps.
Discuss it with your doctor first.
