In general the OBJECTIVE is in the form of "Permanent position as a _______________ leading to a career in ______________"
Please look at sample resumes online and decide what your "starting position" goal is and what your "career goal" is and fill this in. I recommend the book "What Color is Your Parachute" by Dr. Richard Bolles. If you go through this guide, it will help you focus your perspective on your best skills and talents which make you marketable.

Your objective should be a version of this: "To work helping people identify goals, gain various skills, and celebrate thier achivements."

For the best statement, look at the job description (or ad) and write your objective using the list of things the employee is expected to do on the job.

Good luck!

Can I assume that you plan to work with children?? If so, some objectives could be:

increasing self-esteem and self-responsibility.
* inspiring them to stay in school and develop a lifetime enthusiasm for learning.
* developing their positive social skills.
* developing their critical thinking and decision making skills.
* training them to protect themselves from drugs, violence and other harmful influences.
* empowering them to take charge of themselves and our planet's future.
