You really dont look like you need to lose any weight You are very beautiful. TY for the answer to my question BTW Anyway here are some tips for staying healthy
The 8 Good Health Guidlines
1. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day
2. Choose whole-grain foods, such as brown rice and oats, whenever possible
3.Include 2 servings of milk product (low-fat {1%} of fat-free) each day. If you are more than 50 years old or are a teenager, increase this amount to 3 servings each day
4 Have some healthy oil (olive, canola, sunflower, safflower, or flaxseed) each day. This habit ensures that you get the essential fatty acids and vitamin E that your body needs. Use the oil on salads, in cooking, or as an ingridient in a mixed dish
5. Ensure that you are getting enough protein by choosing at least a serving or two of meat, poultry, fish, dried beans, or soy products each day. Many milk products are also good sources of protein.
6.Limit added sugar and alcohol
7. Drink at least 6 glasses of water each day
8.Take a multiple vitamin-mineral supplement each day

Hi there, all the best of luck for your success. Think positive and you will get through. I always carry snack carrots wherever I go. If you like popcorn cakes, good stuff for snacking. Have trouble eating portions, get frozen dinners, already made and no figuring out on that. Buy things that are premeasured, that way you are in better control, til you can get control of portions. Bag of frozen chicken breasts, so you can take one or two out at a time for you. I always felt, like in weight watchers, if you like something, don't denie yourself it, otherwise you will go overboard with it. If you want it, have it, just cut back on whatever it is. I have done that with pop. Still have one, but have one, save it for night. Good eating.
