My electricity was out for 2-3 days. Do I have to throw out all of the food in my fridge and freezer? Even salad dressings and condiments and stuff?

It really depends on how cold the it was where the food was at, smell it and if it smells funky then throw it out, definitely throw out the meat and stuff like that.

ALL the meats and dairy, anything that includes a dairy product like ranch or ceasar dressings.... hell be safe throw it all out (i guess your ketchup should be fine) oh the butter is probably okay too. did you keep the fridge closed? raw vegetables should be fine you can tell when they're bad anyway. soy sauce will be okay, too.
as far as the freezer goes... if you kept it closed and the meat thawed, it may still be cold,if it is dont refreeze it, put it in the fridge and eat it really soon.
