Was there ever a time when you had emotion, could feel and cry? When was it? When did it change to how it is now? Was there some traumatic event in your life that brought about the change? These are all questions you must ask yourself and answer to arrive at the solution you seek. A professional like a psychologist can help you sort things out. It would probably also be good to consult an internist to rule out any underlying physical ailment. Good luck.

You most probably have a chemical imbalance in the limbic system of your brain. This system is responsible for controlling emotion. When things go wrong with it, there is only one solution -- psychotropic drugs. These meds will not cure the chemical imbalance, however they will allow you to live a better quality life.

This is a good example we did with Foster children. When angry they got to hit their pillow and yell at the parent who has hurt them. They look at the wall and they pretend a parent is standing there. As they beat up their pillow they yell at their parents for what they have done to them. Perhaps you could do the same and talk to the wall asking why you can not feel or have emotions while you beat up your pillow. Demand to know who has done this to you as you talk or yell at your pillow. This helps in solving stress and problems in a childs life so do it and see if it helps you, ok?

You need counseling.
There are some emotional problems that get better by talking to friends and family. However, this is one that does not. If you were capable of talking about feelings with family and friends, you wouldn't have this problem.

first off you are asking at the wrong place for help, find qualified help not YA. and just a good guess is something happened in your life that traumatized you and left you feeling this way and you can not get over whatever it was. go to a counselor for real help.

Are you taking any psychiatric medications? They tend to flatten your affect/numb you. Otherwise, find someone you trust professionally such as a counselor, and begin to open up. It will come.

Kinda like my co-worker. I feel like she's a walking dead when I am working her. She's nice though, it's just that, she doesn't talk, and she walks like a mummy, and she rarely shows emotions! I mean I just didn't think its possible...
