Primarily to BP and corrupt officials in Iran.

The upper limit for crude which OPEC operates under is set yearly by the Bilderberg Group. $80/bbl last year, $150/bbl for the year coming.

Iran has a state-run oil company, so the money is presumably ending up in their treasury. I wouldn't be surprised to find out the government there might be a little corrupt . . .

Iranians are using them to run their country. You know, stuff like schools, hospitals, sewage treatment, roads. Add a few tanks and planes for their army and soon the money is gone. Yes, they are also building nuclear power generating stations and are likely trying to develop defensive nuclear weapons. If you had the worlds only super power threatening to turn you into another Iraq or Palestine you would want something as well, I know I would.

Waht profits? As you recall the Administration told us that those profits would pay for the war. Since we invaded Iraq I don't think they have ever produced as much oil as they did before our invasion. It may be questionable whether they can produce enough oil to met their own needs.

Iran profits are going to OPEC. Iraq profits are going to Halliburton for no bid contracts.

Probably to the Iman who purchases the guns, ships,rockets and other weapons and for the secret and hidden virgins for the entertainment sessions of the rulers.

The fools have to explode themselves for their virgins. The rulers can have them now.
