It all depends on your metabolism, If you have a fast one like me you won't even gain a pound no matter how much you eat. The best way to gain weight is to eat healthy and workout. Lift weights, pushups, and run. Try to convert all the fat you eat into muscle. Muscle weighs more that fat.

ummm......the last thing that you want to do is to eat unhealthily so that you just put on fat and perhaps get heart disease from high cholesterol.

First of all, it could be that you just have a fast metabolism. If this is the case, then you might want to just be happy with yourself the way you are, and know that as you get older, your metabolism will slow (but since it'll still be faster than everyone else's, people will think that you're the luckiest person!). Second, if you are very skinny, you might have a hormone imbalance/thyroid imbalance. Go to a reputable, professional doctor and get checked out. Also speak to the doctor about proper nutrition.

If all you have is a fast metabolism, then find the right balance between eating well and exercise that lets you put on a little weight while remaining healthy. But no matter what, try to accept the way you look and be proud of yourself!

Tips To Increase Weight Naturally
Being thin is good but being very thin and underweight is not good. You should consult a physician if you are a very very thin person. Lots of medical tests would help in revealing the root cause of the problem.

These are some points, which would help in increasing your weight:

Eating: The first important point to increase your weight is to eat well. Eat more than you burn calories. Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin. Drinking milk, cheese, chicken meat etc are some foods, which contain more fat.

Exercise: Most people think that thin people should not exercise, as they could get even thinner. But it is recommended that they exercise so that they feel hungrier and eat more. Taking nutritious

food would help the body gain weight. Do not lift heavy weight dumbbells in a gym; instead opt for low weight and do more repetitions.

There are lots of weight gain supplements available in the market, but they are not recommended. Instead have good amount of protein-enriched foods, fruits and products, which contain more fat. Eating lots of protein and fat, as it is very helpful in increasing your weight. So why wait! Start NOW.

Everybody is not made to gain a lot of weight. For some people it takes awhile like after there metabolism slows down when they get older. I suggest work out. Not lifting weights, but maybe a thigh master or a stair master to tone your body so your features sit higher and give the appearance of having more weight than you really have.

It's according to yur age. I wouldn't worry about it too much if you are under the age of 16, you will gain as your body matures, just eat an extra small meal before you go to bed. If you are older and your dr says you are under weight then you could try eating amino acid pills but make sure you work out or you will get out of shape and gain too much weight. Now muscle is heavier than fat so if you work out pay attention to how you look not just your weight. I do suggest that you find you ideal weight first.

never even try eating junk food you will end up gaining weight
in all the wrong places e.g your stomach may bulge out.
For two days simply observe your eating habits, what is your intake of calories! eat something every two hours. banana shake, boiled potatoes , curd, rice, chappattis etc. avoid fibrious fruits or veggies. after so much intake,
15 minutes slow walking after dinner and early mornin will do wonders!

you DONT want to eat a bunch of fast food items and not work out because that will RUIN your body (internally and externally). ever watched "would you like fries with that?" ? that's basically what you would be doing to your body, which is NOT what you want. if you want to gain weight in the healthy way, start working out more and increasing your protein intake. make sure that you are doing a program which helps tone your body. hope that helps!

Well first of all, yes you do have to eat. I'm sure you aren't very under-weight so it probably won't take much. Don't eat unhealthy foods just eat a lot of food. Whenever you're hungry make sure you eat, eat till you can't move, eat till you will puke if you take one more bite. That will mean you're stretching you're stomach, and that will make you gain weight.

Good Luck! Happy Eating! :)
