Sensible eating and daily exercises.

That'll be 49.95, please.

Don't choose any of them. Seriously, the only way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF is a lifestyle change. Eat sensibly. Balance all your nutrients, including carbohydrates, fat, and protein. Cut out the junk. Incorporate some kind of exercise that you can reasonably do every day.
Weight watchers has a good program similiar to that and it doesn't include deprivating yourself (typical of many diets) so that you will be more likely to keep the weight off.
The moment you start "dieting", you will miss all the foods that you are not allowed to have, and that could lead to sabotage.
Good luck!

True, there are many diets out there to choose from; but, the question is, do they all work?
Truthfully, I have done every diet and have taken every diet pill out there, and none of them work EXCEPT this: old school "diet and exercise" program. So far, I have lost 45 lbs in 3 months and kept it off like this with this program. Here are the steps:

.) 1.)Stick to a slim diet of 1000-1200 calories per day, no more or less. Choose from varieties of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and low-fat or non-fat dairy products. Eliminate all oils, fats, complex carbs, and unwanted sugars that you find in donuts, chocolate, pastries, cakes, white bread, and bagels.

2.)Drink a lot of water a day, at least eight 8 oz glasses a day, to supress hunger and flush out fat.

3.) Exercise 15-60 minutes every other day, preferably 4 times a week, skipping Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This keeps you trim in healthy.

Hmm... I think it depends on what your height and weight is. I lost 70 LBS drinking a low carb slimfast in the morning (I would get ice and frozen fruit and blend it, it turned out thick like a milkshake.) Then I would have a salad for lunch and weight watchers for dinner. And I did Winsor Pilates every day. I would say stay away from the diet pills until you talk to your doc. And drink alot of water. Good luck

If I were you I would not try a certain diet. Instead, avoid eating out, Drink as many drinks without sugar as you can (Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Coffee..not diet soda), and cut down your portions at mealtime, I lost about 30 pounds this way and If I can do it anyone can, it's hard at first, but you adjust. Don't forget to eat breakfast in the morning.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

None. Just eat better and exercise. If you want to lose weight, ease up on the carbs. And exercise. Diets are too extreme. You can't keep them up. Make changes in habits that you can maintain over the long term.

the best choice is to choose none of them...you will never lose weight and be healthy unless you decide to make a life-style change and educate yourself on proper nutrition and eat foods that promote good health. proper nutrition has nothing to do with counting calories or starving yourself or eating grass...it has everything to do with giving your body nutrient dense foods so that it can function the way it was meant to.

I don't suggest dieting. Really, the best think you can do for your body is watch what you eat and exercise. That's really all it takes.

try a vegetarian diet and not a big dinner, have chicken soup and salad for dinner and have large meals for breakfast and lunch.
