I've used both of them before. Benzoyl is medication which drys out the pimples. you can apply it once in the morning after you wash your face. Be sure to apply spf sunscreen afterward. Clindamycin is a lotion. It's not harmful to how many times you apply. Start applying it once in the morning and once at night before bed time. It will not make your skin worse since it's prescribe by your Doc. Be patient. These medication will take at least 4-6 wks before you see result. Your hard work will pay off.

I'm not entirely sure if you should use them at the same time (they are potent drugs that can irritate your skin). But if you got your meds from your dermatologist they it's probably ok.

You need to apply the Clindamycin first, let it dry before applying the Benzoyl Peroxide. You can use them once in the morning, and once before going to bed. But if you have a fairly sensitive skin, I would recommend you using them only once a day (preferably at night). Once your face is used to the meds, then you can start applying them twice.

I use Benzoyl Peroxide 10% and it really cleared my troublesome pimples.
