Honestly 8 to 10 glasses a day! Most people don't believe me but I quit drinking pop so I drink a lot more water now!

I drink about a quart and a half a day. I have a big mug of ice water with me all the time. It sits on my night stand when I go to bed, and I take it with me in the car. It's my constant companion!

dpends on how much you sewat out so how hot it is ,but you cannot overdose on water
99 molecules out of a hundred in your body are water
we are leaky bottles of water walking around
so if you drink a lot you will have a clean machine 6 or
8 litres is ok .
remember that tea coffee,fresh.vegetables
,juices,beer, soup all count as water with a flavor

it makes sense though because i'm a runner

a least a gallon a day or more for me otherwise i would be dehydrated look up the criteria for proper hydration
