I want some ideas on a custom made shower curtain...does anyone know of good sites to search for ideas or patterns?

I have made all my shower curtains. It needs to be 6' sq. If you want to buy one go to Bed Bath & Beyon ot Linen & Things.

You can try going to Better Homes and Garden online or some of the HGTV shows that have sites on line, to see what they are showing.

I can give you an ideal for a great looking shower curtain. Buy a beautiful sheet that matches your bath. Also, buy a tension rod that will fit between both ends of the tub.

Use a king size for a lot of fullness or a queen. Hem the sheet so that it will drop from the ceiling to the floor leaving about 1 inch. Then you can have fun adding ribbon spaced about 1 foot apart. You can glue the ribbons on using fabric glue. As a matter of fact, you can also use fabric glue to hem the top and the bottom. After placing the ribbon at different lengths or all the same lenght, add beads to the bottom of each ribbon.

Be creative and mix up the color of beads and also the ribbon as long as you keep it to about three different colors. More will make the curtain too busy looking.
