Every establishment that serves liquor and / or beer & wine, has to have a liquor permit to do so. No you can't bring beer into a Burger King for instance. They are not licensed. Nor can you bring you own liquor into an establishment that has a license. The only exceptions would be if you were having some type of celebration and the establishment didn't have what you wanted (certain type of champagne for ex.) but all that would be hashed out ahead of time. The other exception is if you were giving a gift of alcohol to some one like a birthday gift - it would not be opened there. The main reason is the liquor permit. I hope I explained this correctly! P.S. I'm talking about in the United States. I don't know what other countries allow.

It is Tequilla. This will vary on the size of the bottle you purchase. I haven't priced any in a retail outlet, but a conservative estimate for a 1/5th bottle may lie between 40 and 55$ Or I could be way off. Hope this helps though. Most states have a website available through their respective Liquor control agencies that list sales, and pricing. Perhaps a Google search: State, liquor outlets, retail pricing, website may help.

Patron is a premium tequila, available in most bars and liquor stores in the us. prices range from about $35 (reposado, 750ml) to $45 (silver, 750ml) other sizes are also available, there is also a "gran platinum" bottled in crystal for about $200. (prices will vary depending on where you live)

Patron is the elixir of the Gods. Here on Earth, we call it tequilla! It's usually about $30 a bottle. I keep a bottle in my freezer so that I may enjoy it chilled without watering it down with ice.

Tequila. I know it is usually more pricy than the other cheap brands like Jose Cruevo. Its supposed to be smoother and better tasting, but I have yet to appreciate a difference.
