Hot chocolate without marshmellows..

Definately with marshellows. And if there is no marshmellows available then it's whip cream all the way.

Now, for those adults out there over the age of 21.....no marshmellows, no whip cream just a nice shot of peppermint schnapps! And if you're still under the legal drinking age then you can substitute the schnapps for peppermint flavor, or even drop a peppermint stick in it.

If you're going to the trouble of making hot chocolate from scratch, you've got to top it with fresh whipped cream and a little cocoa dust and/or peppermint chips. Forget the marshmallow.
