Very little difference. Think of water as a delivery system. Turgor pressure sucks water up through the roots carrying essential nutrients from the soil into the plant itself. The water itself is the key, the source of the water is irrelevant. As far as the difference between the three types of water, the soil itself is a pretty good filter, the roots themselves also, so without knowing what inclusions are in the mineral and tap water, it's kind of a loaded question. The bottom line is no effect.

Well to my knowledge mineral water is very pure and comes from the glacier and is full of minerals. Tap water has Chlorine in it and some other stuff ,it depends on the Town and Aer ea were you live. Distilled water is just tap water boiled ,so it does not mather what you give to your plants,I personally would take mineral water if I can get it easily.

There is very little difference. Plants get their nutrients from three main sources.

1) Water
2) Nitrates picked up by the water as it passes through the soil
3) The air

The answer is in #2. No matter what kind of water you provide for your plant, it will be carying all sorts of goodies from the soil by the time the plant sucks it up. None of the sources you listed carries enough nitrates to make a difference, and if they did they'd be poisonous for people.
