By moisturizing your skin every day after your bath/shower. Keeps your skin young, supple and healthy. Especially during winter.
Exfoliate twice or three times a week with a scrub like St.Ives Apricot Scrub, or just use a homemade sugar scrub and a loofah.
Also Olive oil is good to use before a shower. Really hydrates your skin deep. Don't forget to wash the tub afterwards though cause the stuff is pretty slippery.
Always wear sunscreen no matter what the season is. An spf of 15, if not more.

A healthy diet and lifestyle. Diet wise, drink 8 glasses of still water a day (more if you're exercising) plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, whole grains and protein. Exercise regularly and give yourself plenty of time out and get lots of sleep(stress can have major bearing on your skin). Always use an SPF sunscreen, even when it's not sunny, to protect your skin. Don't smoke or drink alcohol to access. And last but not least, always wash your make up off before you go to bed. It's pretty simple really, there is no miracle solution...but if you follows my examples, that's really all that you need to do.

Shiny, Healthy and Beautiful Skin Tips
Most of us are gifted with beautiful skin but are not careful in preserving its original texture. Therefore during the climatic changes the tone of the skin changes and turns rough. If you regularly provide nutrition to the skin it is likely to remain glowing.
The food we consume also has a bearing on the way our skin looks. Foods containing greasy, oily and fatty substances make the oil glands overactive and therefore we are more likely to face various skin problems. Water is a very good as it cleanses the skin pores. It fights against all the toxins in the body. Therefore it is necessary to consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Besides, scheduling an exercise program everyday is very good. The excessive oily substances are drained from your body through the sweat that is produced when you exercise. The workouts also relieve you from all types of stress that reflect on your face
directly.

Wash your face every night before bed. Use a good cleanser (by good I mean one that you think makes your skin feel good).
Then tone and moisturise.
Wear sunscreen everyday. I also use a mild face scrub in the shower in the morning. Otherwise, scrub once to twice a week and use a mask (again, one you think makes your skin feel good) once a week. Skin care doesn't have to be expensive, there are some really good cheaper brands around. It's all trial an error. Ask for samples at make up counters.

drink lots and lots of water and use facial cleansers with acetacylic acid in them to prevent blemishes and pimples! Also, loofahs are really good with a rich exfoliating body wash to remove dead skin cells, which gives you a natural healthy glow!

Yes, lots of water. and cucumber is great for skin. Rub the insides on your skin, and also juice it. when I added half a cucumber to my carrot and orange juice, I noticed an improvement in my skin in 4 days. NO bottled. Freshly juiced only.
