I just made up jibberish because i wanted test the credibility of interpreters and speaking in tongues. The interpereter made up all kinds things about what I was saying when I just just making weird noises I used to make as a kid. That is not right to pretend to be an interpreter of god. is quite discusting of churches, actually!

They may have a system for interpretation.
Ask to learn abou it... about whether it is an actual
'language' or something which must be broken down
differently to be understood.
Aye, someone mau just have been taking you for a ride,
but alternatively you may have mislead THEM ...
what if they're actually shaping their lives around what they
THINK god has said through you?!
I'd go have a serious talk with these people, and be honest
at some point throughtout the talk.

Best Wishes!

This interpreter was lying to you because when one speaks in tongues, they are speaking in ancient languages not in use any more and in languages that don't even exist. People can't undertand what is actually being said when someone speaks in tongues. It is the Holy Spirit that is having that person speak in old languages and also in 20 languages all at once. Your first work could be Japanese, the 2nd word could be ancient Hebrew, the 3rd word could be Portugese, etc. No one can interpret teh speaking of tongues. And, sadly, there are many people that fake this gift as well. Tongues is a gift from the Holy Spirit.

P.S. The interpreter sinned by lying that he understood you but you also sinned by lying to him that you could speak in tongues. You are no better than he. So you both should be ashamed.

When you say "you Christians" how do you know we are all like that. The bible says tongues is a dialect between you and GOD that only GOD understands, and He gives the interpretation through an interpreter. So if you don't know what you were saying how do you know that guy was wrong? I don't believe your saved. so that's how you know he was wrong. Okay that's established. See some Christians are in it for the "look at me" syndrome instead of helping somebody. in our church we weed out all the hypocritical nonsense so you know the truths have been spoken.

Werefore I say unto you, All manner of sins and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven unto men
watch out you can't play or lie just to test others it's a give from the Holy Spirit and many people do faked speak and interpreted
it's a prophecy fulfilled and complete like Jane's and Jamb-res do when Moses show the real power of God they're just imitators

Well all I can say is back atcha', I sure wouldn't want to stand by you in a bad thunder storm, you could be hit by lightening. You said a bunch of jibberish to make people think you were speaking in tongues, and the interpreter lied to you. Be very careful when it
envolves the Holy Spirit, He is one you do not to grieve nor
blaspheme.

Isn't it just as disgusting for someone to deceive by pretending to speak in tongues?
Eph 5:9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Anyone who trully speaks in tongues should have no need for an interpreter.

Those who spoke tongues in the Bible (specifically in Acts) were understood not only by their coleagues, but by everyone there. Everyone who knew and spoke a different language understood. Even those who spoke more than one language heard it in their own.

The interpreters brought to that place became useless.

Your interpreter lied.

I never got the idea of speaking in tounges anyway. Maybe it happened in Biblical times but who can really say? It's the one trick that's the easiest to fake. Just get a bunch of holy rollers, all fasted and worked up, and start making crap up and say it convincingly and WOW! It had to be God.

We know that you were pretending but God could have taken your lies and brought something to the interpreter which in turned helped someone there.

I think you should worry more about what you did wrong then to go around testing other people.

This just reminded me of some comic on seen on TV not to long ago, I forget who, but he was in china town and just said random words that he thought sounded Chineese and someone brought him a tuna fish sandwich lol.
Uh but anyway there are quacks everywhere. There has always been people trying to make money off God's name or other religions.
