Do you talk to her? If so, make sure you touch her arm at times when you talk and look her in the eyes. Ask for her number and then call her and talk, find out about each other. If you both are able to date (you didn't say what age you both are), then ask her out. If she can't date yet, then ask if you can come over to her house. That's the best way to get started. My youngest daughter started going with a guy in 10th grade, we had to drive them places til they got their license. They are married now! Good luck!!!
