You could do some research to determine the negative effects drinking cola can have on your body. Cola is bad for your teeth, especially -- not just the sugar, but the carbonation as well. Drinking cola is not good for your bones and it contains a large amount of calories without providing any nutritional benefits. the carmel coloring present in cola contains glycol -- which is an ingredient of antifreeze. Also, consuming cola can lead to all kinds of digestive issues - as cola is high in acid. If you keep your consumption of cola to one serving per day, and increase your intake of water, you should be okay. As you get older, you crave cola beverages less. If you reduce your intake to one per day, you will eventually come to know that you can live without it. Try drinking water or iced tea with lemon squeezed into it -- hot tea, and other beverages you can make in your blender that are actually beneficial to your health!

Hmm... addictions are always hard at first, but I suggest that you stop buying cola drinks and replace them with juice or water. Make it a rule so that you can only drink soda once a week so you won't go crazy. To keep your mind off of soda, try testing out all of the juice you can get your hands on. Plus, you'll feel way healthier. =)

This is the answer:
Mix them half and half with water for a week. It'll taste all wrong and that's what you want! After another week one fourth to three fourths. And think about the good that saying good bye to colas will do for your health and your goal. An excellent goal!
You'll give your body time to adapt, as disgusting as it sounds, and watered down Coke® sounds, you'll be rid of your addiction!

Gradually decrease your intake each day. If you stop abruptly, you will get killer headaches. Example: If you drink 4 Cokes a day, start drinking 3 a day for week. Then the next week drink 2, until you are down to one. Start trying juices and/or flavored water (some are even carbonated to give the illusion of soda). It works, trust me. I used to be the biggest coke drinker ever. Now, I only drink one once in awhile and stick to juices, teas and water. Good Luck!! :)

just cut down slowly till you dont need it anymore if you just want to stop

if your worried bout caffine then mix half and half with caffine free and then 3/4 1/4 then go all the way caffine free after a few months then you can cut down on soda at all from there

same with suger sept use suger free instead of caffine if the suger is your problem.

and dont listen to EASYPEAZY marijuana is bad and if you are quitting for caffine issues the last thing you need is to introduce another chemical to your brain.

since you are addicted to colas when you start to drink it you should try to put different kinds of liquids with it such as orange juice, water, etc. soon if you keep on putting those different kinds of liqiuds in you will start to taste a different kind of taste... Good luck with your addiction *_*
