I use a generic brand of Dayquil capsules; it really helps to dry things out! I would also recommend using those nose strips (usually for breathing at night) --- they hold your nostrils out wider, so you can take in more air with each breath. If you're working out, the combination of the two could really help.
And, use the name-brand of these strips -- the generic brands don't have the same design, and don't work very well.

Ask your doctor I take zyrtec, or allegra neither seems to bother me. I give my daughter over the counter claritin it comes in non-drowsy and works well also.

confident... Clartin i've got self assurance a.ok.a loratadine.... Clartin in no way worked for me.... purely element that certainly worked is benadryl yet that stuff places you to sleep... i'm happy I purely have seasonal allergic reactions... solid success.
