I've got one!

But what do you mean "mind difference?"

I welcome the mind difference I feel from most people...! :D

...but if you mean you are afraid you wont have compatible points of view when you are looking for a mate... don't fear it... its a SIGN!

of course some people with differeing points of view make GREAT lifetime parners! It's unlikely that you will agree with someone 100% all of the time... If the differences you have don't bother you maybe it was meant to be... if you can't stand them... it's a no go!

My husband and I don't agree on a lot of things... but then later on we find that if you look at the subject matter in a different way we feel exactly the same. We just express our feelings in differnt ways and do different things about them even tho we both share the same sentiments.

Its not easy being a military wife or girlfriend. Its not nearly as apple pie and dandy like it is in the movies... I came into the military life expecting to meet people with integrity and find that there seem to be very few just like anywhere else. The military from my experience is all about appearences and politics... but that may just be the AirForce... I hear the Army has more of a no Bullsh*t approach... but it also seems to be more stressful and dangerous.

Its a good idea really. Its hard to love a military man. Not only do you have to deal with the fact that they physically belong to someone else, but your life has to revolve around theirs. I'm with a Navy guy and, to be honest, I didnt realize what I was getting into. It takes a good hearted and dedicated girl to sign up for loving a boy that might have to leave her at a moments notice, or move her across the country with no concern for her wants. At least with a matching service for military guys, the girls on there know ahead of time that they're signing up for a life dictated by some unseen force that issues orders she'll have to live with too.

Wow, that's wild! I wonder if I would have any more luck if I posted a picture of myself wearing my flight suit. I certainly haven't had any luck with Yahoo Personals or anywhere else since I was born. So far, throughout my life women would rather throw rocks at me then go out on a date with me.

Wow, I've never seen that before.. that's er, interesting. I suppose even military personal have issues trying to get dates, too.

I was engaged to a man who left (a week ago) for Iraq. We were better off friends, but I feel horrible that we didn't resolve everything before he left...

Hopefullly no one owns anybody.
Our men & women in uniform deserve a life too - and hopefully anyone that marries them has their genuine interests at heart.
Support the troops!
