For those who don't know paracetamol is a type of tylenol. Tylenol does not work for a sinus headace because it is not an anti-inflamatory. I would suggest that you try (as previously mentioned) sudafed and possibly some ibuprofin (an anti-inflamatory) or my favorite even though im a guy is Midol, it is awesome for headaches

BTW, I have only heard tylenol called paracetamol in Asia so Im guessing you are there. Am I right?

If you want to determine what the cause is, feel in your eyebrow on each side and find a notch in the bone.. if it is tender, there will be another notch in the cheekbone that will also be tender. This is how there can be a differential diagnosis.

If you have these findings present, then go to the base of the skull and apply pressure up into the underside of the bone. If you find tenderness here also, we can rule out sinusitis. We have now determined an inflammatory condition of the cranial nerves. There will be other symptoms that may not be as prominent at the moment.. You have had some trouble turning your head in one direction.. is restricted in mobility. Meds will give you temporary relief (maybe) but the causation needs to be dealt with before the inflammatory process involves any more of the cranial nerves. Perhaps you have already noticed the light sensitivity. Not to mention the noises in the ear.

You will get prompt relief just by finding a good Doctor of Chiropractic.

The cause of your head hurting so much may be due to the weather. There are a lot of allergens in the air that the turning of the seasons make it much worse. I suggest before using any medications start using ocean spray nose spray to rid allergens and pollen trapped in your nose. Next start using a antihistamine like ex. Claritin-D over the counter also. Sinus pressure may be the cause. You can also try Tylenol allergy and sinus. Another thing your headache and pain around your eyes may be you need to get your eyes ck ed.

Usually headaches concentrating around the eyes and forehead is due to either an allergy or congestion of the sinuses Use of alcohol, smoking , exposure to irritants or stress can also cause these types of headaches
Eat a balanced diet and avoid chewing gums . Practice deep breathing exercises as lack of oxygen can also cause headaches

You might have a sinus infection, or maybe it's just stress. When I get stressed I get really bad headaches around my eyes. Try some suddafed or Ibuprofen 500 mg. You might want to see your doctor if it persist, it might be something much worse.

I am not a Doc but it sounds like you have sinus issues. Could be allergies, sinus infection or any number of other problems. I would suggest you see your doctor. Make a list of your symptoms and a list of questions before you go this way you wont forget anything.
