My guy and I have been together for more than 1.5 years now...and during that period of time...i have not been very comfortable introducing him to many friends of mine.Not that I am embarrased about him or anything... I love him a damn LOT....but he is different...I mean he's always introducing me to his friends...he even took me to his work place yesterday....and he was like really excited about it.....i couldnt help noticing how happy he was...he has always been like this right from the start....THE PROBLEM IS....i don't dress up alot and he doesnt seem to mind that...he's really very handsome.and his friends are all 5,6 years elder than me.(even my guy is)....however bad (I believe) I look, he just says how pretty i am...my frnds who go to meet their BF s take so much tym to prepare themselves up. It is disturbing because I don't....most disturbing because my guy doesnt mind...any ideas?

By what I see, there is no problem! If he is happy with how you are now, then you don't have to change it by what you think he wants. Just keep with what you know he wants and that you're comfortable with. Don't let the factor of age bother you, if you really do love him, then age is not a barrier, but just a technical fact. If he really doesn't mind how you are now, then don't worry about what he might want!

I am not a dress up doll myself.. of course I have been married to the same man for 30 yrs, and he gave up a long time ago trying to change me ... be glad ur guy loves YOU for who YOU are and stop the analyzing of it... if YOU want to dress up some then do so, and YOU need to intro. him to ur friends... NO big deal, so he is different ?? we are all different, that is what makes life so interesting !!!!!!!!!! God bless

is it that u 'don't ' want to dress up or u don't ' like' to dress up any way he doesn't seem to mind but still u can dress a bit for Ur mental peace

why is it so disturbing to you? maybe he likes you just the way you are. if it bothers you so much then clean up.
