Would you only have certain people allowed in Heaven (or whatever name you give it) or would you welcome everyone? What rules would you set for the world to follow? Maybe you might right your own version of the Commandments (or Rede, or whatever name you want to give it), and if so, what would they be? Would you accept that some may not worship you? Would you be alright with that? What would be religious law?

Please, please, PLEASE do not answer with "There already is a God, so I cannot be God." This is just a question that I'm curious about.

Blessed be.

I think the greatest failing of monotheism is the absence of understanding of self. So much time and energy is given to reading the holy book of choice, trying to understand the religion itself, and the entity being worshiped, that very little time is spent in the discovery of who you are, what you are able to do, what you are able of giving, and how to grow in your personal knowledge of the world around you and your personal spiritual journey towards enlightenment. Enlightenment both internally and externally. So, to answer your question,

I would welcome everyone. My only rule would be that every effort be made to grow, learn and develop in understanding your personal self then applying that understanding towards your personal growth and spiritual development. But I wouldn't shun someone who didn't make every effort in this journey. I would welcome them equally, find them a mentor and help them move forward. And worship?

As I would hope that my ego would be of a higher nature than the humans I'm hoping to guide, worship would not be required. I think I'd prefer an honest friendship instead. The kind that actually aids people rather than stopping them cold at my feet. And, if someone did stop cold at my feet, I'd help them up and let them know that a divine spark lives within them. Worshiping me will not help them find or connect with this divine spark. So, I'd ask them try and rethink what they want of me, what they want of self, then ask them to take a step towards their own spiritual fulfillment.

In short, it wouldn't be all about me. It would be about them. With the hope of an active interpersonal relationship between us both.

Blessed Be.

Not everyone would be allowed into my Heaven if I were God. Hang on, before you get mad, let me explain. If a really screwed up person died (like a murderer or rapist, you get what I mean) then I would send them BACK to live another life and this one better be an improvement. And during that life I would do what I can to help that person be a good person. Then they can get into my Heaven. If I were God there would be no such thing as eternal damnation.

What rules? Hmmm. You have to work to eat, you have to not hurt anyone, and you have to try to enjoy your life. Oh and you have to take care of the earth and yourself.

If people don't want to worship me, that's fine as long as they follow the above rules they're fine. like I said, I would never send someone to a bad place just for not believing I exist.

Religious law would be accept people for who they are and don't hurt anyone.

I wouldn't want to bring any new commandment and stuff into the world if I was God. First, I'd want to remove the old ones.

If I was God, there would have never been a Satan and there would never have been sin.
