When does the fontanele on top of baby's head (between the parietal bones) close?

There are two fontanelles, one on top and one at the back, the top can take from 1- 2 yrs to close up.

Usually by 6 months, but for some babies it can take up to a year.

There are two and they don't fully close til about age 2.
