You should go for it! Even if she was married you should go for it! But - I'm talking about love! Not sex. If a woman responds to you positively - she's not so happy with her guy. If you can break her relationship - keep in mind that that relationship was not that strong anyway! Some relationships are very strong. Look at swingers - he will let you have sex with his wife and not even be jealous! That was just an example. A kind of relationship. It requires a different understanding of love and relationship.
What more do you want!? She already admitted that her relation with her boyfriend is weak - spearing you the "hard work" of testing it for yourself. She's practically begging you to take her! You must be very young! Lucky bastard! Be careful how you treat her! Don't be an animal! OMG there is so much to say! But life is life! You have to learn both from experience and from multimedia (reading, audio, video).
I wish I could help more!

Man if you are trying to figure out what a woman is thinking, then good luck.

I know that women like men who take initiative, so my advice is to go ahead and tell her that you are interested. She will either agree or blow you off, but it is better than not knowing.

This advice comes with a warning. If her BF can kick your rear, expect problems when he finds out about this, because she will tell him. If that is a problem for you, then you might want to think twice.

She wants you man, jump on it. If she is confiding in you that She might leave her man, then she is trying to tell you something. She wants you for sure, I would drop the same line to see if the other guy was interested. What did you say? Did you tell her that she deserved better, that her true love was out there? 'Cause that is what she was looking for, for you to tell her that you would be there for her....Call her right now & tell her that you want her!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!

it depends... she might have just been telling you that... why don't you wait until her and her boyfriend break up and then start hanging out with her a lot... then go from there.
