Play it cool. If he doesn't like her and he likes you then things will work out and she will realize she doesn't have a chance with him. If she is your friend, she'll understand and move on to another guy. Otherwise if he likes her, then you need to be the one who moves on to another guy.

Why would you even want to flirt with a guy who is dating your best friend? Don't waste your time on boys like him. Pay attention to your school work and focus on a career path. There will be plenty of time for relationships in college and in the workforce.

Be happy for your friend and don't mess with her boyfriend. If he wasn't interested in her he wouldn't be dating her! Maybe later on if things don't work out well between them you and he can date. Don't mess up a good friendship over a guy.

If you liked him before she did, then tell her how you feel. If you began to like him after they were dating and if he feels the same way about you, both of you should explain the situation and see if she's okay with it.

Tell her how you feel in a cautious way and whatever you do, don't not tell her because she'll find out and you won't feel good until you do.

Move on with your life and if he is meant to be with you at some point in the future, it will happen.
