Wow...okay...I have two guys that are totally in love with me. I think I love both. I have known Garrett longer, but I have loved Sam longer. I am going out with Sam right now, but I talk to Garrett still every night. He's torn up about this situation. So am I. I don't know what to do. I don't want to hurt either of them and I cant bear that Garrett is in tears right now because of it. Please please help me!!

I'm sorry, but I have to say this. George, you are a dispical sexist jack@ss! How dare you say that guys cant cry! They can cry if they need to. Guys have an image of being macho, so they get this rep. of not being allowed to cry when they're hurt. NEWSFLASH: Guys are people too! They have feelings! They can cry!
Just because you are some pompous jack@ss, and think you shouldn't cry, doesn't mean that goes for the rest of guys.

Stop playing games with both of them. Just think who do you really love. If Sam was seeing another girl on the side and claimed he thinks he loves her too.. thats just not right. You are going to end up losing both if you dont make a decision soon.

If you can't give yourself fully to either one as a "girlfriend" then you shouldn't be a girlfriend. Maybe you need a little time to sort things out for yourself. Right now you are in the middle and hurting 3 people, yourself, Garrett, and Sam when he finds out what has been going on in your heart.

The way I would choose is to look in the future and image who you would rather have by your side while you go through your life experiences. Garrett must hold a very special place in your heart if you still talk to him every night. ...and you must have a special place in his if he's crying over this situation...
I think it's time to have an honest conversation with yourself. Figure out who you want to see yourself with ...who holds the key to your heart. I realize sometimes it's hard to figure this out, because each guy holds some elements of what you want in a man. They each have their pros and cons. Maybe weighing those pros and cons can help you out make your decision. And not to avoid sounding cliché, but listening silently to your heart's plea usually works. Your heart will always know who is your true partner.
Good luck sweetheart. :)

Your best bet would be to take some time to yourself and figure out what you want in your life. Life is not so quick that you have to make sudden, uncertain, immediate answers. Think for a while. Who would be better for you? Who do you feel most comfortable around? What are your standards for a decent relationship? What's necessary? What's not allowable? Who measures up the best? Perhaps you will find that it's neither, eh?

you can't have both. someone is gonna be hurt. you could make a list of both guys good and bad traits and see which one is better but in matters of the heart
logic is no use. Love is both a wow, I want to be with your feeling, and more. at least it should be more. Love means doing for people, not just what do they do for me. which one are you willing to do the most for. if you can answer that, you've made your decision.

You will have to tell Garrett to put his love on hold that you are involved and happy right now. You may want to tell him if your feelings about Sam changes you will call him first thing.
Remember men DON'T Cry in this type situation they may want to or they may when their alone but you should never know it.

This is a sticky situation to be in and I don't envy you at all. But get a grip. Get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle, and put positives and negatives on each side, and then decide which guy has more positives to suit you and go with that one.

it sounds like you broke up with garrett to date sam but garret won let stop beating a dead horse. garret need to know that the relationship is over and he should quit calling you. you still like garrett because he calls you a lot. in the end tho, you cant let yourself believe that you can make somebody else happy. happiness comes from within, not from another person.

Someone's going to get hurt no matter what you do. and if you do nothing your still going to end up in a bad situation. your going to have to make a decision and live with it. you can't have both and your only hurting the one your not with by stringing them along
