Guys are scared to crap when they find out that their girlfriend is pregnant. She should expect him probably to freak out a bit at first, in fact he may even be angry and blame her. She shoudln't be mad at him. This is just as scary for him as it is to her. They need to talk it through. And ultimelty come to a decision. If they are teenagers, which I suspect that they are, parental involment is always a good thing. I would suggest talking to the boyfriend first so you can face both sets of parents together. Have some sort of idea of what you want to do with the baby. Keep it or give it up for adoption because abortion shouldn't even really be a choice. There are also pregnancy crisis centers in your area. Locate one if you need to and they will be able to counsel your friend and help her through it. I have done pregnancy crisis counseling in the past so if you need some help feel free to send me an email. I wish you the best of luck in this difficult situtation.
