I use VNC, but it is getting old and to slow. Can you please tell me good remote desktop programs that are free, and work with XP HOME/MAC 10.3 AND UP/WINDOWS 2000.

You can try to do logmein.com, the performance might not be so slow but then again its a whole new way of using something new besides VNC and Windows Remote Desktop.
