I have no religion and do not think I am right or wrong. I just know I am what I am and this is how I am- a non-believer in a higher power.

I am a Christian and I follow the true and living God. Here are some of my reasons: 1. Jesus rose from the dead (it's historical) 2. Multitudes of prophecies in the Bible have been fulfilled. 3. I KNOW without any doubt that God has redeemed my soul from hell. I have seen Him answer so many of my prayers; He has radically changed my life. 4. If I was wrong, other than maybe not pursuing the right things, I would still be okay when I died. If I'm right, I will go to heaven eternally and those who do not recieve Jesus as their Savior will go to hell.

Protestant Christianity!
I am a Christian, because I have come to know God over the years, and I have decided I want Him as the most influential force in my life.
I am Protestant, because I am a scholarly sort of person who enjoys simplicity and individuality. I do not enjoy flowery language or rituals designed to fascinate or beguile me. I happen to have learned a great deal about the Catholic church that I believe leads people away from a real relationship with God.
All other religions I have studied (and I have studied them all) are false. Fascinating cultures and philosophies and points-of-view, but none of them stand up compared to Christ.
I DO admire Buddhism for it's introspective and disciplinary approach, though. It's interesting...
...but only Jesus was able to work miracles and prove he was truly the Son of God.

How many pages do you want from each answer& Seriously no one can adequately answer that question in a paragraph.
If you want a simple, but excellent reasoning of the Christian faith, I recommend "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis. Really very readable, if you are at all interested in the topic.
People from other religions might follow my lead here and recommend a good book reasoning their particular faith.

I am Catholic. I follow Catholicism for the most part ( I don't pray to saints and I don't agree with confession, among other things). For me it is right. Is it right for everyone? No! I believe there are many ways to find God and I don't believe you have to be any certain religion to find Him!

I'm Catholic.
I find it to be logical and consistent. After all, if I'm going to wager my eternal soul on something, I want to be sure that there are no gaps or inconsistencies in my beliefs.
I also find it beautiful, not only in the truths it teaches, but also in the liturgies.

I am a christian. i follow Jesus. I chose this religion, because It chose me. I think it is best not to chose a religion, but let one chose you. Jesus chose to save me before I was even born. I follow it because it makes me strive to be a better person, a more productive member of society. I also follow it because I have security knowing that I am going to heaven. Security and goodness. Those are my reasons.

I'm an agnostic, inasmuch as you can call that a religion, and I am one because I like to think that I'm honest enough to admit that I don't know everything.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster touched me with his noodly appendage and the rest...as they say...is obvious
but sometimes I revert to my former belief system
Red wine, dark chocolate and someone to share them with...
why is this right for me????
It works...it satisfies my spiritual wants while satisfying my gustatory needs...

I'm agnostic because I'm unsure about the existence of god. It's what's right for me, but it isn't necessarily what's right for everyone.
