It has not been proven that palmers cocoa butter work or not. I have friends who used it 4-6 times per day while they are pregnant and still got stretch marks from it. I believe coca butter helps skin from not cracking but I don't htink it will prevent stretch marks

It did not work on the stretch marks from my pregnancy, even though I used it twice a day for six weeks or so, until my bottle ran out. It also smelled kind of funny to me. Sniff before buying!

It really helps to make your skin softer and smoother, but it does not remove stretch marks, if that is what you are looking for. The color of stretch marks fade over time.

If you are tyring to get smoother skin, i reccomend a dead sea salt exfoliator. Although it is quite expensive, it really does wok. If you apply any lotion after using it, you feel like a baby!
