This depends on a few factors. How well do you know this girl who told you and is she the trustworthy type? Secondly, how well do you know your boyfriend. Does he gawk at other girls? Has your relationship changed recently? Think carefully over all these factors and you can judge for yourself.

well is your friend a trustworthy person? if she is then she probably is telling you the truth and is just looking out for you. If she isnt a trustworthy person, she may be jealous of your relationship with your boyfriend and wants to tattle to try and break you up. your boyfriend may have asked her, but go with your instinct.
