White and lavender or purplish pink. I went to a wedding with that color coordination and it was so pretty!! I think this might be good for spring wedding!

My wedding in in July and our colors are teal and expresso (sounds so much more exotic than brown) I went crazy trying to find exactly the shades I wanted. I went into a paint store and took home a bunch of color samples and matched them together until I found the perfect combo. It's also helpful because you can use them when you are looking for your bridesmaid dresses online or in magazines. The brown is going to be more of an accent color. We are going for the young, modern but yet slightly retro feel. Good luck, I hope you find the perfect colors!

Traditionally you chose any pastel colors for Spring, and warm Colors for Fall. Years ago Bridesmaids and the Maid of Honor would wear the same style of dress but in a soft rainbow of colors, such as one in pastel pink, pastel lavender, pastel blue, pastel green, pastel yellow, ect..., they would stand together according to "rainbow" order making a beautiful picture with the Bride in White or Off White. Maybe this will solve your problem of picking just one color. Congratulation's and Best Wishes to You and Your Fiance'!

Ooh...April wedding, how exciting!
If you like pink, pink is a springy color and a wonderful pretty color. If you wore it, it'll make you very beautiful. A light red if you don't like pink. Light and soft colors will work like a light blue.
keep to the light and warm colors.

I chose black for my bridesmaids dresses and it looked amazing and it looked fabulous in pictures. Each bridesmaid choose their own dress in any style and any material as long as it was black and each bridesmaid chose her own color for flowers only rule was the flowers had to be Gerbera Daisies. So I had bridesmaids with Dark Burgandy Flowers, Yellow, Orange, Pink, it looks amazing in my pictures because the flowers standout and I standout amazingly well in my beautiful white dress. I got lots of complaints on how the black looked classy and great at the wedding....

you can do blue and brown, light pink and green, brides tend to change their minds like 50 million times before they actually settle for one thing. if you dwell on little details like that then you will never be satisfied and complete your wedding. be more focused on bigger things and if you do pick out your colors everything else will be a lot easier. good luck!
