"from concentrate" just means that, first they took a lot of water out of it to concentrate it, then they put the water back in and bottled it. Cocktail is, I think, just a mixture of juices. Neither has sugar added, necessarily.
Cranberry juice will always have sugar added because it is very sour. (You might find some w/o sugar in a health food store.) Your best bet would be grape, orange, or grapefruit juice. Don't get a fruit "drink;" it'll have sugar added.
You might want to get used to the taste of water. Even though the sugar in fruit juice is "natural," it is still sugar, and being in liquid form, will hit your blood stream pretty soon after you drink it. You don't have any fiber to slow down the digestion.
Read labels. Read labels. Read labels. Oh, and did I mention that you should read labels?

Almost all juices you find in the stores will come from concentrate. Look for something that says 100% juice, or go to the produce section and browse the organic ones. The are a bit pricier, but usually contain no sugar, and the fruit has not been treated with pesticides. Also you might consider looking at the frozen ones in the can. Just because it is made from concentrate does not mean it has additives, it just has had the water removed from it, usually to preserve freshness, and then added back in when its time to bottle it. Another option is the juices for children. They rarely contain added sugar, but if they do, it will be listed in the ingredients, with names like 'sucrose'. Anything that ends with 'ose' is usually a form of added sugar. But, you might just consider drinking more water instead, and eat whole fruits.

From concentrate does not mean added sugar, nor does cocktail. Read the ingredients. They tell all. Apple is usually pure as is grape. Personally, I like grapefruit juice but some do have sugar added. Juice cocktails are usually just cheapened by diluting them wiuth cheaper juices. Many add apple or pear juice. ALL are still high in natural sugar.

Look at the ingredients. if it says %100 orange juice from concentrate than there is no added sugar (but orange juice is naturally high in sugar). 'From Concentrate' means it has been concentrated and water has been added to reconstitute it into juice.
If the ingredients say 'glucose/fructose' or 'raw organic cane juice' or 'molasses' or 'corn syrup' or . . . many other things, than it means sugar has been added to the juice.
From my experience all brands have one type of juice with sugar and one type without, you have to check each label and once you found a good one remember it for next time and try different flavors.

If you're hypoglycemic and need to avoid sugar, you should be squeezing your own VEGETABLE juice. Fruit juices are all sugar water, natural or not. Or drink tea.

I dont drink any juice, I think its all bad for you. I drink fitness water when I need the extra vitamins and flavor

you could try buying a juicer and just dropping some fruits and/or veggies in it. or you could go with organic juices and milk at costco or trader joe or something like that.

save your money and buy a juicer and squeeze it yourself! It wont be any fresher and will be 100 % juice and not concentrated!
