I can't talk to any of my friends! some of them are in fact depressed also, but they care not to help me out? i feel... so alone. my friends are reliable but i don't want to approach them with something they don't understand. i'm having a hard time with this.
let's start over.
my next appointment with my therapist is in November (far away from now) i'm on the edge. I've blocked off reality almost altogether. I am in a very confused state, i'm angered very easily, and cry over small things. All i really need is someone to relate to me, but... no one can, sadly. Just a moment ago I almost started weeping becuase they wouldn't play pink floyd on the Pink Floyd Fan Radio... Please, do not tell me to go get help from a doctor, i already go, already been diagnosed w/ depression and ocd... but i've only been to one session. i need help sooner though!

I have to begin by saying that I am in about the same shape as you- so while I do know how you feel - if I really had The Answer I wouldn't feel so bad myself.
I agree with the guy who suggests having your appointment moved closer. Writing is also good. You could call suicide prevention.Do approach your reliable friends. If they had a problem you would help them. They may understand more than you give them credit for.
In the meantime watch your nutrition and try to get exercise. Good luck.

Ya know I really can relate I have been Bi-Polar since 1990 been on ever medication. I to just went through a period myself of busting out in tears for no reason at all (and it sucks) ..... something about starting medication is it takes a while to get into your system (that sucks also) you have to give it a chance I do know it's hard. This last change in meds has been bad with crying....since I have been going to this Dr' for a while I can call and let them know I am not well.... I really do understand and it is hard be strong (which is hard I know) it will get better as your meds get into your system and you may have to adjust them some...it will get better

I'm not going to be one of those dumb answers you will probably see lots of. Rather, aside from seeing your doctor, there ARE things you can do that WILL help.
Vigorous exercise, the kind that gets your heart pumping hard and raises your blood pressure. Don't worry about the BP thing, it's normal when we exert ourselves. The exertion will raise serotonin in your system and will help you to feel better.
Another thing you can do is talk to a pencil and paper. Yes, JOURNAL your feelings. I've done that. At times I'd just wright Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc* Fuc*. If that's how I felt, that's what I wrote. You will find this is VERY therapeutic.
No, I won't recommend praying, that involves faith, and it sounds like you are running low on faith right now. If you like, go ahead and e-mail me. I'll be glad to offer any advice you may ask for, and as far as listening to your problems, that's not a problem for me. Go ahead, say whatever you wish - I won't judge you for how you feel. It is YOUR feelings, it's what YOU feel. So go ahead and feel free to express yourself.
You're NOT alone.

I'm not a female much less a psychologist so I can't really evaluate you. What I can do is suggest to make some goals - something that helps me. Goals you can look forward to, and work towards them. Start working on fixing the things your worried about in life. Like stuff that may be overdue or things you would like to get done but never did them. Like me, for instance, I like cars. So I'm a member of several different forums that pertain to what kind of things I like about cars. I also like racing cars, so I work alot on my car and have goals to meet for it, like getting a certain brand part for the car to improve it. Or if your into computers and gaming, you can upgrade your computer to play games better. Start saving up some cash for goals like that. Become a member of a forum that your interested in.... etc..

you've probably heard this a thousand times, but try to look on the positive side of things. Like your pink floyd thing, look at it as in atleast theyre playing music instead of nothing.

If you've only been to one session, have you started meds yet? If you have it could take 6-8 weeks for them to get in your system. Please try to just hang in there. Do something, anything that makes you happy.

Sounds like you've let so much build up that you feel like you're about to explode and there's no one to explode on.....when i feel like that, sometimes i write....just pour out my thoughts....maybe you should try that....then tomorrow call your therapist and explain how you are feeling....maybe you can either get your appt moved up or they can give you some other things to try until your appt.....good luck to you!!
