I have a disc error (C:13:01) on my Sony Cd Mavica. I really want the pictures on this cd. What do I do to get rid of this error?

Here is a possible solution I found on the Sony website...
"Error Messages"
There is an error code that begins with E or C on the camera LCD.
Follow the steps below to try resolving the error.
IMPORTANT: For information about specific error codes and their causes, consult the instruction manual for the camera. Instruction manuals are available online in the Manuals/Specs/Warranty section of the Sony® eSupport Web site.
1. Verify that a Sony battery or AC power adapter is being used.
2. Try replacing the recording media.
3. Reset the camera back to the factory defaults
If that fails..then it may actually be cheaper just to buy a newer and better camera, because I think the Mavica is now quite old and outdated.

Take it to a shop, let them tell you what is causing this error
