Honestly, boys don't care how skinny you are. They only care if you let them feel you up and explore your body.
Believe me, they are just as insecure about their changing bodies as you are about yours.

best way to lose weight is to change eating habit. eat more whole grains, fruits, vegetable and even lean portions of meat. no refine sugar no white bread, no fried stuff and avoid fat as much as possible. drink a lot of water and find a hobby like racquetball or tennis something you can enjoy not something that is burden. It may take a while but that's the only way to lose weight and keep it off. If you go on diet that you will get out of later u r running in a circle. you may lose weight temporary and as soon as u r off diet u will gain it again. plus u metabolism will get lower u will have less energy and miserable life if you diet. So my suggestion say no to diet and say yet to change in lifestyle.

You're kidding, right?
1. I can't count the number of skinny bit*hes that I knew in school. I wouldn't "like" them if they were at any weight -- well maybe zero pounds!! "Boys" don't like you cause you weight 100 instead of 110, or even 150. They like you because you're healthy, happy, get along with people, and have a personality that is compatible with theirs.
I enjoyed dating... and holding... and having sex with... women with a few extra pounds who were happy over the anorexic types. To prove it, I DIDN'T marry that runway model w/ the killer hair shampoo contract. She was a head case!
2. You don't "diet" as something you "do" until you're "done". You find a lifestyle where your calorie intake is balanced by the amount of exercise you do.
3. "Losing major pounds fast" will prime your body to gain it all back, and more, even faster. 1-2 pounds a week is all that you should hope for. Anything else is either water weight (period), bathroom weight (poop), or very unhealthy.
4. You don't say if you're all muscle, or a couch potato. 120 pounds on an athlete is smaller size-wise than 100 pounds on a couch potato. Weight isn't what you're after, you're wanting to lower body fat content. Ignore weight and count inches instead.

first of all 100 is too low for a 5'2" girl an appropiate weight would be around 110 and another thing you are already gorgeous to start with from your pic. let them go gaga 4 you, dont change for anyone they should like you for who you are :) and if you want to lose weight drink alot of green tea after each meal it sppeds up your metabolism and that way you can still eat your fav foods and still shed off some pounds not that you need to

100 lbs. is actually slightly underweight for someone your height, especially if you live an active lifestyle. Like myself, for example. The doctor says I probably weigh more than I should for my age, but since I'm taller and a lot of that extra weight is muscle, he said not to worry about it. I'm guessing I'm healthy, seeing as how I can pick up my brother and run across the house, stairs included.
=D
Oh, and losing a lot of pounds fast is very unhealthy, and you usually gain it back quickly as well. I suggest you just try eating healthier or try eating small, more frequent meals. Or both, your life, your choice. You'll probably not notice much of a difference if you do that, but you'll slowly lose weight.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

forget it. wrong reason to have a weight loss goal.
it won't work.
the best way is the honest way. the food pyramid is a good diagnostic.

but lose weight to keep it off and to maintain a healthy and happy body.
forget what boys will think, they're too fussy and always doing things to make you wish you were thinner and thinner until you are dead from starvation.

100 pounds? Yuck! That is skeleton skinny. No guy in their right mind wants that. The biggest turn off is a girl who is worried about her weight 24/7.
