Heres the thing me and one of my good friends both like this one girl that we both just met this year. I just met her a couple of days ago at our homecoming dance but he met her a week after our first week of school. We both like her but I don't know if i should just let my friend just like her and me walk away. At lunch she always walks over and calls me over to talk to her. Today she made me go to her locker with her when my friend could have gone with her. At our dance she said she was cold so she just got really close to me. He asked her to homecoming and she said yes. At our dance he just talked with her. I was in the center dancing and every once and a while i would got out and try to make them dance but she wouldn't dance with him "claiming she didn't know how to." I would come out of the center and she would always watch me one of my friends told me that was by her. What should I do?

dude, she's clearly more comfortable with you. She sounds like a really sweet girl too. Be nice to her. She obviously likes to be with u than wit ur friend.
Has ur friend made any moves on her? even if he has it doesnt matter. Talk to ur friend about this and tell him that u like her and that ur are getting some positive vibes from her. Tell him that u want to hit on her and see if it works out. I'm sure ur friend will understand and not be selfish. Talk nicely to him about this and make it clear to him that u like this girl a lot and that u really want to be wit her. Ask whether he's OK wit u hitting on her...
If he's a good, understading friend he will support u, or else of course he's selfish. But take the risk anyhow cuz u aint goin' nowhere if u dont.

there's obviously no real connection between her and your friend, so ask her out.
out of respect for your friend you may want to let him know your intentions first.

ask her out because it seems like she may like you too.... ur friend may like her too but that shouldn't hold u back.... maybe u should talk to him before u ask the girl out

You should. . .ask her out, duh! Trust me, if she likes you more than she likes your friend, it's not your fault. . .seriously, like is it really your fault that you like her, and that she likes you back, I don't think so, unless if you are just "interested" in her because your friend liked her first.
