God says to love our enemies, to love EVERYONE...So, is it right then, to love Satan, but despise and loathe his actions? how are we to take it upon ourselves and find the ability within ourselves to forgive Satan?? What do you think?

Even Satan as his place in creation. Once you understand that the universe and creation is exactly where it is and the almighty God has willed each and every action in this universe, including the creatiion of Satan and his functionings.

If you want to be a good Christian, you need to love Satan. However, since God is almighty, he can still hate Satan and punish him for all eternity. God can do whatever he wants, but you must obey his rules, no matter how stupid or contradictory.

I wonder why this All Powerful God is too weak to defeat Satan, and too petty to forgive him. Sounds like a pretty sorry excuse for a "God".

If someone hurt you or your family....[my exp.][Satan can come into ones mind] Would you forgive and love them..But hate what they have done. Or would you hurt them back with hate...

{my answer: would be forgive [the person]with love but hate Satan for their actions} they had a chance to not do it before they did it.

ABSOLUTELY NOT satan is an enemy of God and all true CHRISTIANS he has already been judged by God and symbolically speaking him and his followers are on death row waiting for the death sentence to be carried out so we should positively hate satan and all he stands for as something disgusting in gods sight and those of all true CHRISTIANS after all he has been kicked out of Heaven Gorbalizer

We are NOT to love Satan. We are also not to revile him directly. "Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee" Jude 1:9. But the commandments to love people do not apply to angels.

I think that is for everybody HERE on earth. We have a choice, follow God or to follow satan, God says love thy enemies, meaning your brother and sisters here on earth, people you deal with everyday, be kind, don't pass judgement.

I asked my mom that once and she said "No, because to love satan is to love his actions" I think we're just supposed to forgive satan for what he does, it's kind of a confusing subject.

No, Christ tells us also to shake the dust off our sandals when we have tried to share his word and are mocked or frowned upon. Satan is not people, he is not our brother in Christ, nor a common enemy. Our enemies on earth are human, and also children of God. Satan is a fallen angel and he betrayed our heavenly father, and he will kill your faith where you stand if given a chance.
