My family likes cream cheese dip with smoked salmon added. Its easy. Just add the smoked salmon (can be found at any quality grocery), make sure small white bones are removed, crumble the salmon and mix into the cream cheese. Can be coated with crushed pecans. Excellent on crackers or wafers.

* 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
* whole wheat bread sticks or crackers

DIRECTIONS

* 1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
* 1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped with hard leaf tips removed
* 2 teaspoons minced garlic
* 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, feta cheese, artichokes, garlic and Ranch dressing mix. Mix together with clean hands until well blended. Form into a ball or log and set on a serving plate. Done!

Clam Dip


1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
1 (6.5 ounce) can minced
clams, drained with juice reserved2 dashes hot pepper sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions
1 In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced clams,
hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.

Soften a package of cream cheese - use a can of crab meat (drained) - couple of tablespoons of shrimp cocktail sauce and dice some green onions and mix together.
