Like a tree that has roots that causes the panic which is the Depression.
In other words why they trying to say is there is a separation between panic attacks and depression.

Be kind to explain this in a better way since I'm not a doctor, and I find it a little comfuse

evidently they have done extensive research on the two and have found differences.

I am no psychologist, but depression is a mental condition that causes one to think negatively, become introverted, etc. They dont think highly of themselves or there life.

Panic attacks is a mental condition that involves hyper-mental activity that is brought on by thoughts, smells, feelings, etc.

Just my opinion

I'm a little confused as well. It sounds like your doctor is trying to say that Depression is the root cause of your panic attacks. Or did I get it totally wrong?

they are 2 completely diffrent things,,,somemight not have panic attacks if they are deppressed,panic attacks totaly diffrent body reaction

panic attacks and depression are two distinct entities.
