Glock 19's New: $450 to $550 (depending on nightsites or not). Used: $350 to $450.
Eclipse, what planet are you relocating to? In my country, if you don't "go into Dodge" with a handgun, you don't go into Dodge.
Personally I would opt for the Glock 23 in .40.

value depends on need, desire to purchase, and availability.
all of which i would pay no more than 500.00 plus or minus a few bucks. a buyers market, name your price, or walk out and visit someone else with a ffl

Hold on there gangsta!!! Unless you plan on robbing a liquor store, invest your money in a revolver. They are easier to maintain, don't break as much, and have a time tested design.
