eat well and exerice lots. that's all i can tell you, go to the gym and work out, don't eat junk foods and for things like dessert if you really want to then just eat like peaches in a bowl, and everyonce and awhile with whip-cream on it! (really good! and healthy!!) sorry if that doesn't work, and good luck to u!

What do mean slightly pushing out? That doesn't always mean your fat. If u do your stomach workouts and hold your breath on the crunch going up and down, you will train your muscles to build outward!

But i can sit here and give you alot of tips, but the thing about working out is its really an individual thing. I would say go to a gym and get a personal training. Even if only for a few sessions they can give you allot of ideas.

Personally i found the absolute best workout is mixed martial arts. You know that cage fighting you see on TV. But you can certainly take classes that are less intense than what a fighter goes threw.

Well first you need to see your doctor and rule out any medical problems. once you have done that i will tell you that crunches and any stomach exercise alone will not get rid of your tummy. You absolutly have to add cardio workouts. you have to burn the fat around your stomach first. You can still do stomach exercises, but they have to be with cardio. What happens is you burn the fat by doing cardio and then build your muscle with the crunches. Also your diet is very important. Try to stay away from bad carbs such as junk food or white bread or potatoes or white pasta or anything with sugar or processed food. i will tell you if you don't get it under control it will get worse and harder to lose.just remember do your cardio at least 30 mins. 4 times a week.

It is best to stay away from sodas and caffine products as well as eating vegetarian style meals, drinking only water between meals as well. It is also best to eat whole grain foods as well as nuts like walnuts and almonds. Enjoy pure fruit juices that don't have high fructose corn syrup and eat at least 5 servings of fruit every day.
