well, he sort of fulfilled their dreams, so i guess you could say that was his way of playing along with their delusions. like how the one woman said her dream was to swim in a pool of spaghetti, so he made one for her. and also, he used the urinals as boots and a clown nose to make the hospital more fun for the kids.
