try and get into conversations with him... see if he acts all weird around you try being frineds at the begining and then work your way up..

You can email him (if you know his email add) or send him SMS (if you know his number) as being a friend. This way you let him know that you exist and this could be a first step of him getting to know you. Good luck!!
