Usually it's age 40. But if a nation is in dire straights like Russia and Germany were in WW2 the age restriction is as long as you can carry a gun you can be drafted.

There is no draft. That stopped during the Viet Nam war.
There is the selective service that requires that every male at the age of 18 years old register in case the draft needs to be re-instated.
Each branch of the military has different rules regarding the age of its enlistees. You can enter most branches of the military at the age of 17 with your parent's consent. Otherwise you are able to enlist at the age of 18. The Army will take people up until their 43rd birthday.
People are healthier (believe it or not) and living longer so the branches of the military are willing to take older persons.
There's also a big problem with finding men and women who care about their country and freedoms enough to serve in the military. Evidently there are a lot of liberal ******* out there who spend too much time in front of the television playing video games, or doing drugs, or hiding behind mommy and daddy and don't want to fight to protect their own freedoms. They figure that someone else - some perhaps less fortunate than they are can put their lives on the line.
There's no draft right now - maybe there should be. Better yet - maybe we should have manditory military service. And while we're at it - there should be annual civics testing for anyone who wants to be able to vote. And you need to be a tax payer to vote.... hell, there are all sorts of things we need to change here...
Don't worry about a draft kid - we're headed for hell as it is - the Army might be the safest place for you.....
Seriously though - no matter what your political beliefs are - you need to SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. They don't like what they're doing anymore than the rest of us. No one hates war more than the men and women who have to fight it.

It's 35, but don't worry about it. There will be no draft ever again unless there is a huge war that comes out of the blue.

I believe it is 35 and I've also heard they've considered raising it in the future. This problem with North Korea is making me wonder if the draft will be instated.
